Middle QA Engineer at Hampshire Pharmacy

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Middle QA Engineer to join our growing Quality Assurance team. You'll be responsible for executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating closely with development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Test Execution: Executing detailed test cases, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests, across various platforms and devices.
Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and clearly communicating software defects using bug tracking systems, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
Requirements Understanding: Collaborating with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user stories, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Test Case Development: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
Regression Testing: Performing thorough regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
Collaboration: Working closely with developers to clarify issues, verify fixes, and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Reporting: Providing regular updates on testing progress and defect status to the team and stakeholders.
