Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for new features and existing functionalities.
• Manual & Automated Testing: Executing a variety of tests, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, both manually and by leveraging automation tools.
• Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects with precision and clarity, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Test Automation Development: Contributing to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with product managers and business analysts to understand requirements, ensuring test cases accurately reflect expected behavior.
• Quality Advocacy: Acting as a strong advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle, participating in design reviews and offering feedback to prevent defects.
• Reporting & Analysis: Providing clear and concise reports on test progress, defect status, and overall product quality to stakeholders.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentoring junior QA testers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners, designers) to ensure a high-quality product release.
