As our Talent & People Ops Partner, you’ll build and optimize intelligent, scalable people systems — from sourcing and recruitment to onboarding and retention. This isn’t just a support role — it’s a strategic position shaping how our teams grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles (AI/ML Engineers, DevOps, Researchers)
Design sourcing strategies (Boolean search, GitHub, Discord, etc.)
Lead culture-fit and competency-based interviews
Optimize and maintain our ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby preferred)
Co-create structured onboarding experiences with defined KPIs
Analyze recruitment data: time-to-hire, funnel efficiency, source performance
Develop employee retention and engagement strategies
Support internal communication, async rituals, and team feedback loops
Who We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in tech recruitment or people operations
Comfortable working in hybrid or async environments
Fluency in English and Georgian
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
Growth mindset and attention to experience design
