We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who can support our product and engineering teams by helping manage timelines, tasks, and communication. What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing day-to-day project tasks and sprint activities

• Help track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple teams

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, developers, and designers to ensure alignment

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives when needed

• Maintain task boards and documentation in tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Notion

• Flag risks or blockers early and follow up on task completion and team coordination

• Prepare status reports and summaries for internal and external updates

• Support senior project managers in process improvement and coordination efforts

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–2 years of experience in a project coordinator or junior project manager role
✅ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development workflows
✅ Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience using task tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello)
✅ Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
✅ Proactive and comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have (Not Required)

⭐ Understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, deployments, environments)
⭐ Exposure to software development or product teams
⭐ Familiarity with tools like Slack, Figma, GitHub, or Confluence
⭐ English proficiency for communication with international team members
