Octarinox is looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to help us build robust, scalable, and secure APIs and backend systems. As part of our development team, you’ll work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to power our web and mobile applications. If you're passionate about clean code, database design, and system performance, we want you on our team.
Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and APIs
Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to integrate user-facing elements
Optimize application performance and scalability
Implement data storage solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Ensure code quality through tests, code reviews, and documentation
Troubleshoot and debug production issues
Maintain security best practices in backend services
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
