Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Strategy Development: Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, target audience insights, and market trends.
  • Campaign Management: Leading the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social, email, events, etc.) from conception to completion.
  • Brand Management: Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints, strengthening brand identity, and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Overseeing the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and social media content.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all marketing initiatives, using data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conducting thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with sales to ensure lead quality and sales enablement, with product for launch strategies, and with leadership for overall business growth.
  • Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Potentially guiding and mentoring junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
