We're looking for a highly strategic and experienced Senior Sales Operations Director to lead and optimize our sales processes, technology, and data insights. In this critical leadership role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing sales efficiency, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our sales team has the tools and support needed to excel. You'll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and other departments to build a world-class sales organization. Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing the overall sales operations strategy, aligning it with company goals and sales objectives to maximize efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Designing, implementing, and refining sales processes, workflows, and best practices across the entire sales lifecycle (lead generation to closed-won).
  • Technology & Systems Management: Owning the sales technology stack (CRM, sales enablement tools, etc.), ensuring optimal utilization, integration, and continuous improvement. This includes leading CRM administration and development.
  • Data & Analytics: Establishing robust reporting and analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales team productivity.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Leading the sales forecasting process, developing accurate models, and supporting annual sales planning, territory design, and quota setting.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborating with sales leadership and marketing to develop and deliver effective sales enablement programs, training, and content.
  • Compensation Management: Overseeing sales compensation plan design, administration, and payout processes, ensuring fairness and motivation.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing sales operations team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with finance on budget and compensation matters, marketing on lead management and campaign effectiveness, and product teams on market feedback.
