Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering, product, marketing, and operations roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and plan hiring strategies
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other creative channels
Conduct screening interviews, manage interview scheduling, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment pipeline
Own employer branding initiatives, such as career pages, social hiring campaigns, and partnerships with communities/universities
Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring analytics to leadership
Mentor junior HR or recruitment team members (if applicable)
✅ 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech hiring (engineering, product, DevOps, etc.)
✅ Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across both technical and non-technical functions
✅ Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Recruitee, Workable)
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Georgian
✅ Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously
✅ Ability to work independently and influence hiring decisions with data-backed recommendations
